Solo Media hides distracting elements on supported social platforms so you can browse intentionally. Features include focus profiles, custom nudges, schedules, time-saved analytics, and optional cross-device sync.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. An account is optional for core use but required for sync and Solo Media Pro. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing
We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan (currently $2/month). Fees are billed through our payment processor and may include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro—contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for personal or internal business purposes. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the Services; do not interfere with or bypass security; and do not use the Services for unlawful or harmful activity.

5. Ownership and License
Solo Media retains all rights to the Services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your content; Solo Media does not claim rights to the content you view or create on third-party sites.

We may update or discontinue features to improve the Services. Social platforms change frequently; we do not guarantee blocking or compatibility on every page. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Solo Media in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, and we may notify you by email.
